Besides being a number-lover, she is an engineer, whitewater guide, dirt bike rider, spouse of a military veteran, mother of two teenage boys, business owner, and award-winning author.
Gary Custance

Gary has always felt his job is twofold: minimizing income taxes and keeping our clients from unexpected tax problems. He strives to do his job diligently. He has been a CPA for over 45 years, practicing in the Medford, Oregon area.
As a Medford High School grad of 1967, he has enjoyed living in the area he grew up in and maintaining his lifetime friendships. He resides in the Applegate with his wife of 44 years. His hobbies include bike riding, fishing, relaxing at his man-cave on the Williamson River, and palling around with his Golden-Doodle, Rosie.

Cassidy sees her job as a balancing act. Doing the absolute best for her clients as well as following all of ever changing tax regulations.
Originally from the Bay Area, she decided on a change in 2017 and started a new chapter here in Southern Oregon. When she’s not at work, she can be found cuddling up with her cat and dog while enjoying a new book.

Jo has been a Rogue Valley resident for 68 years and employee of the firm for over 30 years. Besides always being a solid rock for our clients in her accounting and tax preparation work, she has owned her own bookkeeping business, raised and shown Arabian horses, and rode Harley Davidson motorcycles. She lives in Shady Cove with her husband of over 60 years, loves spending time with her daughter and grandson and is an avid supporter of Dogs for Better Lives.

Pilar is the bright smile that greets and assists our clients in payroll and tax services. With a passion for finance, Pilar has founded her own business and enjoys collaborating with other small businesses in her community. In her free time find her at the beach with Sasha, her fierce husky, or whipping up recipes with family and friends
